OX Digital has continually worked with Activated Probiotics on brand development and execution since its inception in 2019.

At an initial strategic level, we worked closely with the team to communicate complex ideas and clinical data easily to both consumers and practitioners.

One of the main deliverables has been the design, development and continual management of their website. The goalposts have regularly changed as this startup grows and we continue to shift and support.

KEY FUNCTIONALITY

The Practitioner Portal is a secure portal with an approval system which allows practitioners access to practitioner-only resources and features.

Activated Probiotics places a large emphasis on education. We have built functionality to support this direction including Training pages with Knowledge Tests, Resources pages to download clinical documentation, an Event Booking System and Live Chat integration to improve support systems.

The portal’s approved database is synced with Klaviyo to improve B2B Marketing systems which has been an integral part of the portal’s success.

As Activated Probiotics sells over-the-counter practitioner-only products, there was a need (during Covid) for customers with disabilities or limited access to a pharmacy to order online.

We built WooCommerce into this WordPress website quickly and generated much needed additional revenue during Melbourne’s 2020 lockdown.

The Event Booking Platform allows practitioners to register and access In-Person Events (Seminars) and Online Events (Webinars) with custom ticketing, a smooth checkout experience and automatic transactional emails.

In-Person Events can be fully customisable depending on the duration and recurrence of the event. Online Events integrate with a Premium Zoom account which allows recording of the event that practitioners can access for free or pay for depending on the event.

All Pharmacies and Practitioners that sell Activated Probiotics in Australia and abroad are featured in our Product Finder for customers to simply find the closest contact details and live directions.

This database is linked to the company's CRM which we manage and maintains up to date information for customers

The blog has been built to support our inbound marketing strategy. The marketing strategy is focussed on education and each month we support the rollout of blog posts and supporting assets.

OX Digital has worked on the strategy and execution of international websites for the Activated Probiotics expansion into the UK, USA and China.

The Australian (Master) website features technical multi currency, shipping rules and content specifically to the customer’s location.

We also worked with a translator to produce a Chinese version of the website.

We take an idea from the marketing team and take over the design and deployment of a custom landing page that communicates the monthly campaign effectively.

We take these design assets and provide marketing material to be run over ads and social.
