Care 24-7 is a leading provider of urgent care services across Australia, delivering accessible, high-quality medical support when patients need it most. As the organisation evolved and refined its brand identity, it required a new website that aligned with its updated brand style guide while improving usability, functionality, and patient access to critical information.

With a new brand style guide in place, we translated Care 24-7’s refreshed identity into a clear, accessible digital experience. The interface reflects a professional, patient-first approach, built around clarity and ease of use.
Brand-aligned typography, colour and layout create strong visual consistency, while key actions such as checking wait times and finding locations are prioritised throughout the site.

The site was built on WordPress using Elementor, providing the Care 24-7 team with flexibility to manage content internally. Our development approach focused on scalability, performance and clean build architecture.

A core feature of the website is the implementation of dynamic, location-specific wait time widgets. Custom integrations pull live data directly from hospital systems, displaying real-time patient wait times for each location.
This functionality provides immediate clarity for patients, enabling faster, more informed decisions during urgent situations.

HubSpot Integration & Contact Segmentation
All enquiry and sign-up forms integrate directly with HubSpot, ensuring seamless data flow into the CRM. Contacts are automatically segmented as ‘Marketing’ or ‘Non-Marketing’, supporting structured communication and compliance.
This integration streamlines internal workflows while maintaining clean, organised data management.
