Website Design
While we didn’t design the logo or brand identity, we leaned into the Australiana feel when designing the website, copywriting and supporting visuals.
After analysing the business, we refined the content to help customers easily digest key information at the right times while also saying more with less using custom icons.
Custom Reviews API
Over the years, Waratah has accumulated hundreds of five-star Google and Facebook Reviews and to show them off we designed custom badges that populate the reviews automatically with Google and Meta APIs.
Utilising the GatherUp Reviews platform, we were able to feed all reviews to the website and feature them on the Home, About and Testimonials pages.
Contact form optimisation
Our number one goal is to increase the number of customers submitting contact form enquiries. To help with the user experience we added the Google Addresses API to the ‘MOVING FROM’ and ‘MOVING TO’ fields.
Three months post website upgrade, contact form enquiries went up by 18.9%.
