OX Digital has worked with Waratah for many years to become Australia’s leading provider of self-pack container removals.

Back in 2018 we started by building a high converting landing page which soon grew to a complete website. In the three months following Waratah’s latest website upgrades (October 11, 2023) we have tracked the following improvements:

We leaned into an Australiana feel when designing the website, copywriting and supporting visuals.

After analysing the business, we refined the content to help customers easily digest key information at the right times while also saying more with less using custom icons.

Custom Reviews API

Over the years, Waratah has accumulated hundreds of positive Google and Facebook Reviews. To showcase them, we developed custom review badges that populate live review figures automatically by utilising Google and Meta APIs.

Utilising the GatherUp Reviews platform, we feature reviews on the Home, About and Testimonials pages.

Contact form optimisation

To increase conversion rates we focus on improving the user experience.

We utilised the Google Addresses API in the address input fields so users can add verified addresses with ease.

We also defined input field states to help enhance usability by providing clear visual cues and feedback to users during interaction.
