Using a “create/update” API, member data updates flow seamlessly through both the Mailchimp database and the core platform, keeping records synchronised in real time. Members can easily upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their membership through the portal, offering a fully self-managed experience.
Giveaway Drawing System
To power Your Pet’s Perks marketing strategy, we built a custom drawing system designed for seamless, secure giveaways. Connected directly to the members database, it automatically verified that only active, paid members were eligible to win. Weekly Cash Giveaways and Fortnightly Major Giveaways were drawn with complete transparency, with winners instantly logged in the backend for compliance and record-keeping.
Showcasing Pet Perks
Your Pet’s Perks was created to make pet ownership more affordable by connecting members with exceptional local businesses. To protect Partner discounts, we built a secure Members Portal, locking Pet Perks behind member login. Inside, an engaging, dynamic interface showcases offers in a way that drives discovery and engagement. We also separated Online and Local Partners — with online offers in a clean grid and local perks on an interactive map — making it easy for members to find savings wherever they are.
Partner Portal Experience

We built a dedicated Partner Portal with an intuitive login and onboarding flow, guiding Partners through how to best populate their profiles and showcase their Pet Perks.
